Excellent Camera
Perfect camera for distance viewing.
Disappointed considering the expense
The audio recording on these cameras is horrible. Arlo has these beat on sound quality. I'm also getting shifting graininess on my cameras and I allowed their tech to access my computer remotely and he gave up. It was a long session and end of day but my image quality isn't what 4 K should be and the image is still shifting graininess every second.. And yes, I have a 4k 43 inch Philips I bought just for this system. I've been through all the settings and the TV has nothing to do with the shifting graininess or lack of clarity. The TV is NOT the issue here. The sales person I was emailing doesn't want to answer my emails either. We spent a lot of money on this system and I had certain expectations and while it is better than arlo ultimately, the image quality is only slightly better and arlo is only 1080P and what CCTV SP's show for image quality in their videos is better than what I'm experiencing. There was a work truck parked in front of my house and the name of the company was painted on the door and it was large enough I should have been able to read it but it was too blurry. I also asked about adding an external mic so I could increase the sound quality and the tech person told me to hire someone.... With 4K at 8 MP, and over 2 grand spent I'm really disappointed in everything from the system to the service. Although the tech guy I was on the phone with really tried and he was nice, my issues were not solved and he did give up in the end. These were EXPENSIVE cameras. 500 bucks each. Clear Megapixel Quality
The PoE feature of this camera is very convenient. It eliminates the need for separate power supplies and makes installation much easier. Great customer service too.

I installed this dome camera in my garage and it has exceeded my expectations. The 4K detail and clarity is amazing and the vandal-proof design makes me very comfortable that no one can break it easily. The remote cell phone viewing is great. Thanks for the fast shipping.
